- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech disruptors
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused metrics
- Drive patent portfolios and competitive intelligence initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in futurist/innovation roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures to $100M+ ARR
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience with patent prosecution and IP strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
