Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological inflection points
- Design and execute cross-functional innovation roadmaps spanning AI, biotech, and quantum systems
- Champion ethical frameworks for emerging technologies through stakeholder coalitions
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolios with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor next-gen talent through our Future Architects program
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external partners at global forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech/biotech sectors
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS)
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes for quantum/AI/deep tech
