Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of the 2026 program lifecycle: roadmap development, resource allocation, and milestone execution
- Lead cross-functional teams across AI, cloud infrastructure, and UX design to ensure seamless integration of emerging technologies
- Develop and maintain program budgets, risk mitigation plans, and performance metrics aligned with 2026 strategic objectives
- Champion agile methodologies while adapting to evolving regulatory landscapes and stakeholder expectations
- Drive innovation through regular stakeholder workshops, prototype testing, and market validation cycles
- Establish KPIs for scalability, security, and user adoption across global deployment phases
- Report program status to executive leadership with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- 8+ years of program management experience with 3+ years in AI/tech innovation initiatives
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise programs with $5M+ budgets
- Expertise in agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum) and hybrid methodologies
- Strong technical aptitude in AI/ML, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and IoT ecosystems
- Certified PMP or PgMP with demonstrated experience in regulated industries
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Strategic mindset with ability to anticipate market shifts and pivot program direction
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
