Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI hybrid systems leveraging Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum frameworks
- Design fault-tolerant quantum neural networks for real-world industrial applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of quantum physicists, ML engineers, and domain experts
- Develop novel error correction protocols for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Translate complex quantum algorithms into scalable production-ready solutions
- Establish industry benchmarks for quantum-AI performance optimization
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning for healthcare and climate modeling
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Publication record in top-tier quantum/AI journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Mastery of cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, IBM Quantum Experience)
- Experience leading teams developing production quantum algorithms
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
