Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning (arXiv/IEEE)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization

- Deep knowledge of tensor networks and quantum error correction
- Experience with 50+ qubit quantum processors (IBM/Rigetti)
