Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum neural networks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals/conferences (Nature, NeurIPS)
- Collaborate with Fortune 100 partners on real-world quantum AI applications
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in neural network architectures and deep learning frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or related fields
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with high-performance computing optimization
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex theories into practical implementations
