Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical neural networks
- Author peer-reviewed publications on quantum-AI convergence for Nature/Science journals
- Optimize quantum circuits for error correction in real-time systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous quantum decision-making systems
- Secure $2M+ in government grants for quantum-AI research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computational Science
- 3+ years of quantum algorithm development with IBM Qiskit or Cirq
- Published research in quantum machine learning or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction codes
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with high-performance quantum simulators (QASM, Qiskit Aer)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy thresholds and NISQ limitations
