Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures optimized for 2026-era commercial applications
- Develop error correction protocols achieving 99.999% fidelity in multi-qubit systems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Define security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Architect quantum cloud infrastructure supporting 10,000+ qubit operations
- Establish R&D partnerships with leading quantum hardware manufacturers
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for drug discovery and materials science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 8+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error correction codes
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper, Qiskit)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum system design and operation
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems from prototype to production
