Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical workflows for commercial applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development for NP-hard problem optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system integration
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and research partners
- Secure DoD/NASA quantum computing certifications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computational Science
- 5+ years quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit/Cirq programming frameworks
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
- Experience with IBM Quantum/Honeywell systems
- Track record of quantum hardware integration projects
