Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms with exponential speed improvements
- Optimize qubit coherence times and error correction protocols for industrial-scale systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum methodologies and system designs
- Advise C-suite on quantum technology roadmap integration with existing infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) on quantum systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and topological qubit implementations
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
