Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications

- Develop quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning
- Establish industry standards for quantum network security and interoperability
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through NIH and NSF proposals
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Demonstrated success in securing federal research grants
- Published work in Nature/Science journals on quantum systems
- Expertise in topological quantum computing and fault tolerance
- Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams
