Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-era hardware

- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit scalability solutions
- Create quantum security protocols for next-gen data networks
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computational theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and error correction
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithm optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
