- Lead a team of 15 researchers in developing fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum systems with classical computing infrastructure
- Secure $5M+ in research funding through NSF and DoD grants
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit and Nature journals
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum error correction methodologies
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough quantum entanglement techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years research experience
- Published 15+ papers in Nature/Science or IEEE journals on quantum computing
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Proven track record securing $3M+ in quantum research funding
- Experience leading teams of 10+ researchers in high-stakes environments
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Patents in quantum algorithms or hardware design preferred
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
