Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Lead the development of long-term strategic scenarios for the year 2026, identifying key disruptors in AI, blockchain, and global logistics.
- Roadmap Design: Translate high-level vision into actionable 3-year roadmaps, defining milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into regulatory changes, consumer behavior shifts, and technological advancements to inform decision-making.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Present complex future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members, ensuring alignment across all departments.
- Innovation Management: Partner with R&D and product teams to prototype and test emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeline.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs for future readiness and regularly review progress against strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism within the Technology or Finance sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and scenario modeling software.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex, futuristic concepts to diverse audiences clearly and persuasively.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
- Certifications: PMP, MBA, or certifications in Future Studies or Strategic Foresight are highly desirable.
