Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term technical vision and strategy for the organization leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) and assess their potential impact on current infrastructure.
- Oversee the architectural design of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and adapt roadmaps in response to market changes and technological disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software development methodologies (DevOps, Agile).
