Responsibilities

- Tech Stack Leadership: Champion the adoption of cutting-edge tools including AI-driven infrastructure, edge computing, and advanced cloud security protocols.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring senior engineers and conducting code reviews that uphold the highest standards of quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and security teams to align technical architecture with business goals.
- Cost & Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and drive initiatives to reduce operational costs without sacrificing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP, including containerization (Kubernetes/Docker) and serverless architectures.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams, manage technical roadmaps, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for solving complex technical challenges under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
