Responsibilities

- Lead R&D projects in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies
- Present futuristic visions to stakeholders and investors
- Design prototype systems for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Partner with product teams to translate future concepts into viable products
- Advise on regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or advanced R&D
- Proven experience with futuristic tech (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Strong background in product development lifecycle
- Exceptional strategic thinking and scenario planning skills
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams
