You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable business strategies that drive innovation, market expansion, and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for long-term strategic positioning
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging industry paradigms
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with innovation labs, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership team
- Mentor junior strategists on futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic transformation initiatives
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and strategic communication tools
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
