- Author predictive reports and scenario-planning models for board-level decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic and industry futurist networks
- Champion future-proofing initiatives across product development and operations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive strategic methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on long-term trend forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight frameworks
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of future-shaping initiatives
