Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for board-level presentations
- Establish innovation pipelines for emerging technologies with 5-7 year adoption horizons
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future market needs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and exponential technology assessment
- Proven ability to translate complex future projections into executable business strategies
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Trendalyzer)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences on long-term strategic implications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives for Fortune 500 clients
