Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI) and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing business operations and product roadmaps
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational vision with long-term foresight
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Author thought leadership content on future trends and their industry implications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for future technology insights
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leader or recognized industry speaker on future trends
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
