As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop robust 5-year roadmaps, identify disruptive opportunities, and mitigate future risks through data-driven scenario planning. Your insights will directly influence product development, market expansion, and sustainable growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast industry shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term innovation and market adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports for executive stakeholders
- Identify emerging technologies and disruptive business models with high-growth potential
- Design scenario-planning models to assess strategic options under future uncertainties
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published trend analyses
