Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Analyze disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impact
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future opportunities and risks
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning documents
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-readiness into corporate strategy
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and emerging competitor threats
- Build quantitative/qualitative models for predicting industry tipping points
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable plans
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams in tech-driven environments
