Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic frameworks by analyzing emerging tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural evolutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future challenges in climate resilience, AI ethics, and human augmentation
- Produce forward-looking intelligence reports using predictive modeling and scenario planning methodologies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing principles into corporate strategy
- Curate and host high-impact foresight workshops with industry leaders, academics, and policymakers
- Identify and evaluate exponential growth opportunities across emerging sectors
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful large-scale strategic foresight initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures analysis (e.g., CFPC, ACFS) required
