- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations translating complex future trends into actionable business intelligence
- Advose on disruptive innovation opportunities and future-proofing strategies for core business units
- Monitor global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotechnology) and their implications for industry evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
