Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual Horizon Scan 2026 report identifying paradigm-shifting technologies
- Design strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration in commercial applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops on AI-human symbiosis and ethical governance frameworks
- Advise C-suite on future-proofing organizational structures and talent ecosystems
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on Decade-Forward research initiatives
- Architect immersive foresight simulations using proprietary Neuro-Visual Analytics platform
- Represent company at Davos, TED Futures, and Global Tech Summit forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent interdisciplinary expertise
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight at Fortune 100 or Silicon Valley unicorn
- Published author in Future Journal or equivalent peer-reviewed publication
- Proficiency in scenario modeling tools (STELLA, AnyLogic, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neuro-interfaces
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
