As a key member of our Future Strategy Division, you'll leverage cutting-edge trend analysis, scenario modeling, and stakeholder collaboration to identify emerging opportunities and mitigate disruptive risks. You'll work directly with C-suite executives and engineering teams to translate foresight into actionable strategies that position us as industry pioneers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive trend analysis frameworks for 2026 technological and societal shifts
- Produce annual strategic foresight reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future market demands
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry experts and academic partners
- Design scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies and regulatory changes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Oversee implementation of foresight insights into R&D priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully predicting market trends (provide case studies)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE) preferred
