Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry scenarios and competitive landscapes
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product innovation frameworks
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and regulatory developments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (AI/ML, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend mapping
