Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to co-create future-state solutions
- Produce forward-looking reports and actionable recommendations for product development
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Advise on ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
- Drive adoption of future-ready methodologies across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certificate in Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend analysis and scenario planning projects
