Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic vision through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Quantify market readiness for next-gen technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Monitor geopolitical, regulatory, and societal shifts affecting long-term planning
- Build and mentor a team of future-focused analysts and strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and presentation skills to executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or strategy journals
- Experience scaling strategic initiatives across global organizations
