Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Scanning framework
- Produce quarterly strategic foresight reports for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging tech disruption scenarios
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions
- Establish global thought leadership through white papers and keynotes
- Advise board on long-term risk mitigation strategies
- Manage the annual Innovation Pipeline for 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning or futurist roles
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published research on exponential technology convergence
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, bio-engineering, AGI)
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite decisions
