This role requires blending data-driven analysis with creative foresight to navigate the complexities of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) and translate into actionable strategic initiatives
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market conditions and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with predictive analytics and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate future-facing products and services
- Establish KPIs for tracking progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Experience presenting C-suite executives and boards
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic roadmaps
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning preferred
