Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts affecting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Author annual 'FutureState' whitepapers distributed to Fortune 500 executives
- Champion innovation labs prototyping next-gen solutions in AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on exponential technology adoption
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across 15+ business units
- Represent the company at Davos, SXSW, and global futurism symposiums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into billion-dollar opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their socio-economic impacts
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals or major business publications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation
