- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors with 95% confidence intervals
- Author annual '2026 Horizon Report' distributed to Fortune 500 partners
- Mentor innovation teams in prototyping next-generation solutions
- Manage $2M annual R&D budget for future-scanning initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and predictive analytics tools
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technological trends
- Experience with quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
