- Lead quarterly foresight workshops with executive stakeholders to align innovation roadmaps
- Produce predictive white papers and trend reports published in industry-leading journals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for emerging market needs
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced trend synthesis methodologies
- Represent the firm at global innovation conferences as a thought leader
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation with proven impact on long-term planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical discipline
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology) and their socioeconomic implications
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or scenario-planning projects for enterprise clients
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in futures research methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical executives
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive innovation and paradigm shifts
