Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development and service design
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Present futuristic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Mentor junior futurists and build a culture of continuous innovation and forward-thinking
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting and implementing futuristic concepts
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive decision-making
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from World Future Society)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented innovation initiatives
