Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proofing strategies
- Produce executive-ready trend reports with actionable recommendations
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into R&D roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, Web3, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to synthesize complex information
- Published thought leadership in futurism, strategy, or technology journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience with scenario modeling tools and foresight methodologies
