Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years strategic planning experience
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis using frameworks like Delphi or STEEPVL
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (AI, biotech, climate tech) with 50k+ audience reach
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex uncertainty scenarios
- Proficiency in futures simulation tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, backcasting)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic initiatives implemented based on future forecasts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or University of Hawaii)
