Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-readiness initiatives
- Produce actionable trend reports for executive decision-making
- Identify emerging technologies requiring R&D investment or strategic partnerships
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic indicators affecting long-term strategy
- Design organizational adaptation protocols for technological singularity scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or Technology Policy
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, nanotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., AC/FS)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments
