Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for emerging tech trends through 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Author quarterly foresight reports analyzing disruptive innovation vectors
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-proofing into roadmaps
- Build and manage an external network of futurists and industry experts
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year future scenario frameworks
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with predictive analytics tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
