Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends to inform 10-year strategic vision
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Produce actionable foresight reports for C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and identify first-mover opportunities
- Build proprietary foresight methodologies using AI-driven trend analysis
- Represent FutureVision at global futurist conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic journals
- Certification in Futures Research or Scenario Planning (e.g., WFS/AFS)
