Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic frameworks for quantum-AI convergence and biotech augmentation
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into corporate DNA
- Produce annual Future State Index benchmarking global innovation trajectories
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with MIT and Stanford research consortia
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent transdisciplinary expertise
- 5+ years modeling exponential technology adoption curves (quantum/AI/quantum)
- Published work in Technology Forecasting or Journal of Futures Studies
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for neurotech and synthetic biology
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on 2030+ transformation strategies
- Portfolio of implemented future-back innovation roadmaps
