Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify paradigm-shifting technologies and market disruptors through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients adapting to AI-driven workforce transformations
- Produce annual '2026 Tech Trajectories' whitepapers with predictive analytics
- Facilitate C-level workshops on exponential risk/opportunity assessment
- Build proprietary foresight models using quantum computing simulations
- Advise on regulatory compliance for next-gen biotech and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or equivalent certification
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business strategies
