Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical and socioeconomic disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with $10M+ innovation budgets
- Build and lead a global futurist network of industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into market-ready products
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, CFIP) or equivalent
