Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic foresight framework for the 2026 technological landscape
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, biotechnology, and climate tech to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario planning documents for executive leadership
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and establish best practices for long-term strategic planning
- Represent the company at global foresight conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through scenario planning exercises
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Trend Analysis)
