Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology and societal shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for organizational transformation
- Champion innovation workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future visions
- Produce whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Integrate sustainability and ethical frameworks into future-planning processes
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight ROI and adaptation readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging tech (quantum computing, AGI, bio-convergence)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Shell Foresight, Trend Hunter)
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks and their future implications
