Responsibilities
- Develop 7-year strategic roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography and neuro-interfaces
- Lead scenario planning for climate-resilient urban ecosystems by 2030
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Partner with NASA and ESA on interplanetary habitat sustainability models
- Host quarterly 'Future Horizons' symposia with Nobel laureate speakers

Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent transdisciplinary expertise
- 10+ years modeling complex adaptive systems using agent-based modeling
- Published work in Nature Futures or similar peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Deep fluency in quantum computing architectures and neuro-symbolic AI
- Track record of securing federal innovation grants >$2M
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP-SCAN, Causal Layered Analysis)
