As a key member of our Innovation Strategy team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D leaders, and market intelligence experts to identify disruptive opportunities, anticipate paradigm shifts, and develop actionable strategic initiatives that will define the next decade of technological advancement.
Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast industry shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic product roadmaps
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and horizon-scanning reports for executive stakeholders
- Identify partnership opportunities and acquisition targets aligned with future market trajectories
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and senior leadership team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC from APF) strongly preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term technology strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-strategy translation projects
