Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for technology adoption and innovation roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership content and whitepapers on future technology ecosystems
- Guide ethical and sustainable implementation of breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic modeling frameworks
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic trends
- Portfolio of published futurist research or industry foresight projects
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent preferred
