Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework with quarterly trend assessments
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce strategic whitepapers on future market disruptions and opportunities
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with long-term societal shifts
- Present future-vision briefings to investors and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and executive audiences
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making background
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
